She has been with National Premium for over 20 years. Phil Allemang, CAS
Experience: Phil has been servicing the meeting and event planning industry for 14 years and other clients nationwide for over 24 years. He received his BS in Business Administration from Emporia State University and after graduating, owned and operated an apparel factory in Kansas for 20 years. After selling the factory, he became the general manager of an apparel company in Iowa that sold into the promotional industry. He successfully turned the company into a profitable business, working with nine factories nationwide to produce the products. He then ventured into the sales aspect of promotional products, leaving the manufacturing side behind.
In 2010, he received a prestigious designation, CAS, Certified Advertising Specialist, from PPAI, Promotional Products Association International. Less than two percent of sales professionals in this industry have obtained this certification. Years of learning the ins and outs of the industry through classes are required to complete this designation.
