To increase customer traffic into the stores on a monthly basis and to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Tactics

Customize the calendar photos and grid design to enhance the John Deere brand.
Give each dealership five individual calendar pad locations per month for location specific events.
Dealerships hand out calendars to customers as a token of appreciation.

Results

The first year participation was 12% of dealers in the Minneapolis Branch.
Second year participation increased by 21% and included an additional company branch.
