Happy Valentine’s Day to all of our friends and family!
January 3-6 mark our annual pilgrimage to our industries trade show in Las Vegas. It is earlier this year due to the consumer’s electronic show (Las Vegas’s largest annual convention) is a week earlier therefore we got bumped. At first I was upset at having to fly to Las Vegas on January 2nd and miss ½ a day of the educational day classes, but the more I thought about how early it was the more I liked the idea of getting through it and getting back to our customers with great ideas sooner this year.
It seems we have not only gotten away from saying it, but we have gotten away from meaning it. We now say Happy Holidays like we say hello. This year, unlike many in the past, I am really looking forward to Christmas and being with my family. It has been so busy for me this past year that my days off and holidays seems to have flown by. I was able to slow down for Thanksgiving and really pause to take a look around at everything I was thankful for and realized that it was for family, friends, health, and the holidays that bring us all together. We at National Premium are very thankful for our employees, customers, suppliers and everyone that touches our business. We have had a very challenging year, but a very good year. We have made many changes and we are set for another very strong New Year with all of you.
It was only a year ago that my family sat around my parents dining room table talking about my father who passed away a little more than a month prior. At that time we collectively couldn’t think of much to be thankful for, but it is amazing how much clarity a year can bring.
Two of our Account Executives have launched a new “Face to Face” survey platform at National Premium utilizing the iPad2. The first was at a customer’s booth at a tradeshow and the other at a company sponsored event. Both had looked upon the survey using the iPad with a bit of skepticism until they saw the results.
Every company has a story to tell their customers, present their image, culture, products and services.
At National Premium it means being able to handle our customers’ needs anywhere in the world.
It will cost you more to call a plumber to fix your furnace. Then why would you call a printer or office supply company for help with promotional products?
