Two of our Account Executives have launched a new “Face to Face” survey platform at National Premium utilizing the iPad2. The first was at a customer’s booth at a tradeshow and the other at a company sponsored event. Both had looked upon the survey using the iPad with a bit of skepticism until they saw the results.
At the tradeshow 110 people were surveyed producing 85 qualified leads with people the company had not previously identified as potential customers. They are working to include this into their tradeshow budgets for the remainder of the year and track the number of new leads their team is able to close due to the survey leads.
The other event had 61 attendees complete the survey out of 250. The survey asked questions regarding their usage of a website and suggestions to improve its use and functionality. These results were then mined and presented to the customer. We are still waiting to hear back on the information presented with this customer.
What would you like to know about your customer that perhaps a third party asking your customers to fill out a simple survey at a tradeshow, or event, might reveal?
